Procurement of Licenses and Permits. Contractor shall pay all taxes required by law in connection with the Work on the Project in accordance with this agreement including sales, use, and similar taxes, and shall secure all licenses and permits necessary for proper completion of the Work, with Owner paying the fees for such licenses and permits.
