Responsibility for and Supervision of Construction. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction under this contract, including the techniques, sequences, procedures, and means, and for coordination of the Work. Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work to the best of its ability and give all attention necessary for such proper supervision and direction.
