Procurement of Materials and Inventory Management. Contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, receiving, inspection and warehousing (as necessary) of all materials and equipment required for construction of the Sites, including the satellite receive antennas and satellite transmit antennas referred to in Section 10 below (except the equipment to be procured by Owner as set forth in Attachment 2).
