Common use of Procuring Entity’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Procuring Entity’s Responsibilities. 8.1. Whenever the performance of the obligations in this Contract requires that the Supplier obtain permits, approvals, import, and other licenses from local public authorities, the Procuring Entity shall, if so needed by the Supplier, make its best effort to assist the Supplier in complying with such requirements in a timely and expeditious manner.
