Common use of Product and Environmental Liability Clause in Contracts

Product and Environmental Liability. Licensee agrees that Licensor shall have no liability to Licensee or to any purchasers or users of Licensed Products made or sold by Licensee for any claims, demands, losses, costs, or damages suffered by Licensee, or purchasers or users of Licensed Products, which relate in any way to the manufacture, use, import, or sale of such Licensed Products, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, environmental damage, or any claim of defects in design or workmanship of any kind including in the Licensed Products (hereafter, the “Claims”). Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns harmless from and against all Claims.
