Common use of Product Improvements and Changes Clause in Contracts

Product Improvements and Changes. Seller reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue models, designs, specifications, and accessories of all products at any time without notice or obligation to any purchaser. Seller reserves the right to make process and design changes in the Products, including the right to substitute any components or spare parts, which do not adversely affect form, fit or function without prior approval of, or notification to, Customer. Customer may request changes in process or design of products only if Customer agrees to accept such changes in delivery or price, which are in Seller’s judgment, reasonably necessitated thereby.
