Product Management. A full range of product management services, which include, without limitation: (a) product development and design; (b) product performance monitoring; (c) modeling analysis; (d) pricing determination; (e) actuarial support of reinsurance programs; (f) illustration capabilities; and (g) support and policy filings for new and existing policies.

6.1.2 Samsung agrees that, subject to Pypo Beijing’ satisfactory sales performance and increasing sales volume of Products, it will grant Pypo Beijing rights to distribute selected new models of its Products incorporating the latest technology, manufacturing processes and production standards on an ongoing basis.
6.1.3 This Agreement shall automatically apply to the new products manufactured by Samsung following the execution of this Agreement, if such new products are authorized for sale by Samsung or otherwise agreed to by both parties.

Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to, in Company’s sole, unfettered and absolute discretion and without limitation, notice or liability: (a) monitor, screen, censor or otherwise control the Content transmitted through, or in connection with, the Solution for user violations of this Customer Agreement; (b) take appropriate legal action against any user who violates Applicable Laws or this Customer Agreement, including without limitation reporting such user to law enforcement authorities and to cooperate with such authorities; (c) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or remove any of Customer’s Submissions or any portion thereof; (d) remove from the Solution or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to Company’s systems; and (e) otherwise manage the Solution in a manner designed to protect Company’s rights and properties and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Solution.
9.2. Without prejudice to any other rights which Company may have under this Customer Agreement, Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate or disable Customer’s access and/or use of the Solution at any time.
