NOTICE OF ESCAPEMENT. Supplier shall notify Spirit of product found to be nonconforming to product specifications or Purchase Order requirements within 3 business days. If the product nonconformance affects safety of flight or could critically impact product performance or safety while in use in the field, Supplier shall provide immediate notice of nonconformance.

NOTICE OF ESCAPEMENT. In the event that the supplier learns that product, goods or service provided to buyer are nonconforming or may have been negatively impacted by errors in their manufacturing, business processes or subcontracted services. The supplier will notify buyer within 72 hours with the following information as applicable. Part Number; Part Description; Problem Description; Quantity; Purchase Order Number; Original Ship Date and Shipment destination.

Any such statement may be relied upon by any prospective purchaser or lender of all or any portion of the Premises or any leasehold interest therein. The failure to deliver such statement within such time shall, at Landlord’s option be an Event of Default hereunder and shall be conclusive and binding upon the party upon whom the request is made that: (i) this Lease is in full force and effect, without modification except as may be represented by the requesting party; (ii) there are no uncured defaults on the requesting party’s performance; and (iii) no Rent has been paid in advance. If Tenant is required or requested to execute more than one estoppel certificate or similar document in any twelve (12) month period, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for its legal fees incurred in having such documents reviewed, up to a total charge of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • Exhibit Space Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the space allotted, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Show Management.

  • Notice of Delay 12.1. When anything delays or threatens to delay the timely performance of the Purchase Order, Supplier must immediately provide written notice to Buyer in writing of all relevant information, including but not limited to the reasons for the potential delay and Supplier’s short-term and long-term mitigation actions.
