Common use of Product Obsolescence Clause in Contracts

Product Obsolescence. During the term of this Agreement, some of the products listed in Appendix A may become obsolete or will no longer be commercially offered or may no longer be available for Deployment. City may continue to use a product that has been Deployed, but support and upgrades for older products may not be available.
