Product Packaging. Varex (and each other member of the Varex Group) shall have the License to use and have used the Licensed Marks on Licensed Product packaging for a period of two (2) years after the Distribution Date, with no extension option. During such two (2) year period, Varex shall ensure that any branding on any Licensed Product packaging matches the Commercial Documentation and product labeling for the corresponding Licensed Product; provided, however, that if Commercial Documentation uses the Licensed Marks, then the corresponding Licensed Product packaging may be dual branded with the Licensed Marks and Varex’s marks. For the avoidance of doubt, after such two (2) year period, if Varex desires to use any Licensed Product inventory that is in packaging using the Licensed Marks, Varex shall be required to repackage such inventory without use of the Licensed Marks.

Product Packaging. 3.1. The Seller must provide the packaging of the Goods as is necessary to protect them from damage during transport. The packaging must be sufficiently resistant to rapid movement, temperature fluctuations and precipitation during transport. 3.2. All packaging units must be properly marked so that their contents can be identified.
Product Packaging. In a manner that is reasonable and consistent with industry practice and applicable legal requirements, Company agrees that all packaging containing Licensed Product(s), and documentation therefore, or Licensed Products sold by Company or its sublicensees will be permanently and legibly marked with the number of the applicable Licensed Patents in accordance with each country’s intellectual property laws, including 35 U.S.C. 287 of U.S. law.
Product Packaging. (a) Subject to Section 2.3 and the requirements of Applicable Laws, for so long as UGNX promotes Licensed Products to Medical Geneticists, UGNX may request KHK to include one or more UGNX Trademarks on the product packaging for all Licensed Products in the Field to be Commercialized in the Profit Share Territory, and KHK shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to include such UGNX Trademarks in an appropriate manner. (b) Subject to Section 2.3 and the requirements of Applicable Laws, UGNX may include one or more UGNX Trademarks on the product packaging for all Licensed Products in the Field to be Commercialized in Latin America.
Product Packaging. G MEDICAL shall, at its expense, pack all Products in accordance with G MEDICAL’s standard packing procedure, which shall be suitable to permit shipment of the Products to the Territory; provided, however, that if Distributor requests a modification of those procedures, G MEDICAL shall make the requested modification and Distributor shall bear any and all expenses incurred by G MEDICAL in complying with such modified procedures which are in excess of the expenses which G MEDICAL would have incurred in following its standard procedures.
Product Packaging. Supplier will keep Distributor informed of any and all laws, regulations and other governmental or quasi-governmental standards in the Territory applicable to the Products or their packaging and labeling which would require Supplier to modify or change the Products or their packaging or labeling.
Product Packaging. The parties will collaborate to develop packaging for the Territory, which may, at Distributor’s option, include brand marks and logos of Distributor. Puregraft agrees to cause the Products to be packed pursuant to its standard export procedure (and applicable specifications, laws, and regulations) and to deliver the Products to Distributor in accordance with the terms of each purchase order as accepted by Puregraft (to the extent consistent with this Agreement). The above notwithstanding, it is the obligation of the Distributor to ensure compliance with local regulations on this and other requirements in the Territory as set forth in Section 6.

Product Packaging. All Products shall be packed for shipment according to Buyer's instructions or, if there are no instructions, in a manner sufficient to ensure that the Goods are delivered in undamaged condition. Seller must provide Buyer prior written notice if it requires Buyer to return any packaging material. Any return of such packaging material shall be made at Seller's expense.
Product Packaging. Distributor shall sell the Products in the original packaging as supplied by Company and shall not change any marking or other legend on the packaging, labels or instruction for use without Company’s prior written consent. If Company consents to any such changes, such changes shall be effected at Distributor’s sole cost and expense. In case Applicable Law requires modification of any packaging, labels or instructions for use in the Territory, Distributor shall immediately notify Company thereof.
Product Packaging. The Parties agree that packaging and package inserts for each finished Product sold to consumers will include King’s and PTI’s names and logos prominently displayed, subject to the approval of the applicable Regulatory Authorities. PTI agrees that it shall not use, and it will prohibit its Affiliates or sublicensees from using, trademarks, trade dress (including product intaglio), packaging, or marketing material with respect to the Marketing of products in the Field in Australia and New Zealand that is confusingly similar with the Product Trademarks and any Product trademarks, trade dress, packaging, or marketing material in the Territory, except with respect to the use of PTI’s name or logo. For clarity, PTI has the right to develop and market for use in Australia and New Zealand the identical formula, including colorants and inks, and container-closure system, as is developed and marketed for each Product in the Territory; provided, however, that all secondary packaging components must be different.
