Common use of Product Safety Clause in Contracts

Product Safety. 16.1 The Seller will provide all safeguards, and take all precautions, necessary in connection with the production, processing and delivery of the Products to prevent the occurrence of any accident, injury, death, loss, or damage to any person or property. 16.2 The Seller warrants that all Products will be produced and delivered and Services carried out in a safe, proper, and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, laws, standards, specifications and the Company’s requirements concerning safety, performance and otherwise, including (without limitation) where such Services are performed on premises controlled by the Company.
