Common use of Product Samples and/or Demonstration Models Clause in Contracts

Product Samples and/or Demonstration Models. Upon request from a Member, the Vendor agrees to provide samples and/or demonstration models to any Member at no cost. Upon request from Member, the Vendor will also provide training on the Contracted Items covered by the Agreement.
