Product Samples. If representative lot samples of production batches of Product are requested by Customer in order to satisfy its obligations under applicable Law, including any regulatory requirements, or to any Governmental Authority, then Manufacturer shall provide Customer (or any such Third Party as Customer shall designate) with representative lot samples of each production batch of Product promptly upon Customer’s request. Customer shall be entitled to review, upon reasonable prior written notice, all manufacturing Records relating to such samples, including all analytical procedures and cleaning validation relating to the equipment used in connection with the manufacture of the samples. Such Product samples shall be Delivered to Customer (or such Third Party as Customer shall designate) in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 2.6(a) and at the Price as determined in accordance with the terms of Section 3. Customer shall pay for such samples when invoiced in accordance with Section 3.5.
