Product Sourcing Advances. In the event sufficient funds are not available for any Product Sourcing Payment, the Manager may, but is not obligated to, make an advance (each, a “Product Sourcing Advance”) to fund such Product Sourcing Payment to the extent that it reasonably expects to be reimbursed for such advances from the proceeds of future Product Sourcing Payments, it being understood and agreed that any such advances shall not constitute Manager Advances. Each Product Sourcing Advance shall be repaid solely from Product Sourcing Payments received after the date of such Product Sourcing Advance in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
