Common use of Product Term for Droptainer Products Clause in Contracts

Product Term for Droptainer Products. in the Long Term Transfer Plan: the Long Term Transfer Plan aims to achieve successful completion of technical transfers of the Droptainer Products listed in it within five (5) years of the Commencement Date in order to achieve Separation of the Droptainer Product portfolio and balance capacity utilisation between the Puurs, Barcelona, Singapore and Aspex/Fort Worth Manufacturing Sites. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with this clause 40.
