Production Costs. Production Costs are expenditures incurred on Production Operations after the start of production from the Field (which are other than Exploration and Development Costs). Other than for the cost of the Feedstocks, methanol, and catalyst purchased and delivered by REG Marketing, Blackhawk Biofuels shall be responsible for all costs of producing the Biodiesel required under this Agreement, including without limitation all labor costs and the cost of utilities, chemicals other than methanol and catalyst and other consumables used in such production.
