Production Credit. Party B agrees to provide an appropriate production credit to Party A as the author of the Work in all materials related to the Project, including but not limited to film credits, promotional materials, and advertising.
Production Credit. Subject to the approval provisions set forth in Section 13.5 of the MVL License Agreement, such Motion Picture will contain a production credit in substantially the form “A Marvel Enterprises Production” on screen and in the billing block of all Paid Ads issued by or under the direct control of MVL in connection with each Motion Picture (“Production Credit”). The Production Credit shall be above or before the title of each Motion Picture on screen unless all principal credits (including the “directed by,” “film by” and other “production” credits) are accorded in the end titles and shall be above or before the regular title in the billing block of Paid Ads. The Production Credit may be shared (and accorded either on separate cards or on a shared card or combined in substantially the form “A Marvel Enterprises/_________ Production”), but the Production Credit shall be in first position of production credits accorded on each Motion Picture. The Production Credit shall be in a size no smaller than any other “production” or “film by” credit on screen and in the billing block of Paid Ads. The Production Credit shall appear in all Excluded Ads, except for Special Ads, in which any “film by” or other “production” credit appears in the billing block, and shall appear on the packaging of all Video Items if any “film by” or other “production” credit appears in the billing block on such items. Whenever the Production Credit is to be accorded hereunder, such credit shall be accorded in conjunction with the artwork title if any other “production” credit is accorded in conjunction with the artwork title on such Paid Ad or other item.
Production Credit. Shared “production” credit (unless the director or his designee has gotten sole production credit on a previous picture, in which event Marvel gets an “In Association With” credit) in not less than second position. Customary excluded and and video item tie-ins. Credit to be accorded in conjunction with artwork title if any other “production” credit is accorded in conjunction with the artwork title. • Animated Logo. An animated logo (which must be the same logo Marvel uses on its own tentpole pictures) on screen before the main titles, and on trailers if the animated logo of any party (other than SPE entities or other financiers or distributors) appears. • Bug Logo. A bug logo (which must be the same logo Marvel uses on its own tentpole pictures) in print “Paid Ads” and theatrical posters in the lower left corner unless another bug (other than SPE or its affiliates) appears in that position. Customary Excluded Ad tie-in. • Executive Producer Credit. 3 EP credits, if Marvel is required to give EP credit to Xxxx Xxx, otherwise, 2 EP credits. Credits may be shared. Position is at SPE’s discretion. Customary tie-ins for excluded ads and video items. Marvel may not designate any Disney creative or executive personnel to receive EP credit. Television Series. Animated logo, bug logo and 3 EP credits, if Marvel is required to give EP credit to Xxxx Xxx, otherwise, 2 EP credits.
Production Credit. Grantor acknowledges that any identification of the Property which Producer may furnish shall be at Producer’s sole discretion and in no event shall said identification be beyond that which is reasonably related to the content of the Film.
Production Credit. Notwithstanding the provision of subparagraph 5(a) above, Producer shall provide Studio with a credit on all programs produced hereunder in substantially the following form: "Produced and Recorded at Television City, Hollywood, California". Producer shall consult in good faith with Studio respecting the particular size and location of such credit, subject to Network approval.
Production Credit. As defined in paragraph "9" of this Agreement, XXX grants PC to the Agent upon its receipt of acceptably documented details of a sale. For insurance sales, this documentation is transmitted using the XXX "Cover Memo" designed for that purpose. For purposes of awarding PC, a "sale" is deemed to have occurred only after the appropriately supported "Cover Memo" is received and processed at the Home Offices of USPA&IRA. Further, the award of PC is subject to the following additional conditions:
Production Credit. As described in paragraph "8" of this Agreement, USPA grants PC to the RR upon its receipt of acceptably documented details of a sale. For investment sales, this documentation is transmitted using the USPA "Cover Memo" designed for that purpose. For purposes of awarding PC, a "sale" is deemed to have occurred only after the appropriately supported "Cover Memo" is received and processed at the Home Offices of USPA&IRA. Production Credit. Separate and single logo card credit in the end titles, which may be still or moving, subject to then current policies.
Production Credit. On screen (at the beginning of the picture), on a separate card and in paid ads issued by or under CBS Films’ direct control above or before the regular (i.e., not artwork) title, in each case, in first position.
Production Credit. Buyer waives any amount of Production Credit earned for the period commencing July 1, 2009 and ending when the Seller’s Facility first produces commercial quantities of Product. “Produced commercial quantities of Product” shall mean to produce at least an average of 667 Tons per day of Product at or above the Specifications (as determined by Section 24) for a period of ten (10) consecutive days. Seller shall notify Buyer in writing that the Seller’s Facility has produced commercial quantities of Product within two (2) business days of such event.
