WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. A bidder may withdraw his proposal unopened after it has been deposited, if such a request is made prior to the time set for the opening of the proposal.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. A written request for the withdrawal of a proposal or any part thereof will be granted if the request is received by the Project Management Specialist prior to the specified time of opening. Proposals, amendments thereto, or requests for withdrawal of proposals received by the Project Management Specialist after time specified for bid opening will not be considered.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Consultants may withdraw their proposal either personally, by written request, or by a phone call request confirmed in the manner specified above at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. A proposal may be withdrawn by written or telegraphic notice prior to the time set for proposal opening. No proposer may withdraw their proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof; prices shall remain during that period.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Any proposal may be withdrawn at any time prior to the time fixed in the public notice for the opening of proposals, but only by a written request from the Proposer or its authorized representative filed with the Trustees. A request to withdraw a proposal that is communicated orally in person, or by the use of telegram or telephone is not acceptable. The withdrawal of a proposal shall not prejudice the right of a Proposer to file a new proposal. This paragraph does not authorize the withdrawal of any proposal after the time of the public notice for the opening of proposals (Public Contract Code section 10767).
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Any Bid may be withdrawn at any time prior to and not after the hour fixed in the public notice for the opening of the Bids, provided that a request in writing, executed by the Bidder or his duly authorized representative, for the withdrawal of such Bid is filed with the City Engineer. The withdrawal of a Bid shall not prejudice the right of a Bidder to file a new bid.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Any bid may be withdrawn at any time prior to the time fixed for receiving bids but only by a written request from the bidder or its authorized representative filed with the University. An oral, telegraphic, faxed, or telephonic request to withdraw a bid proposal is not acceptable. The withdrawal of a bid shall not prejudice the right of a bidder to file a new bid. This paragraph does not authorize the withdrawal of any bid after the time fixed for receiving bids.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. 5.1 The bidder may withdraw its proposal after the proposal’s submission, provided that written notice of the withdrawal is received by SPC prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of proposals. The bidder’s withdrawal notice shall be sent to the email address xxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.
5.2 No proposal may be withdrawn after the deadline for submission of proposals.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. A bidder will be permitted to withdraw his or her proposal unopened after it has been submitted if the Owner receives a request for withdrawal in writing prior to the time specified for opening the proposals.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Any contractor, upon an authorized representative’s written request, will be granted permission to withdraw a proposal at any time during the agreement period.
