Common use of Production of Schedules and Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Production of Schedules and Exhibits. Within fifteen (15) days of the execution of this Agreement each of the parties hereto shall produce to the other parties, to the extent not previously done, all of the Schedules and Exhibits required to be produced pursuant to this Agreement. The Schedules and Exhibits produced subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, shall be given such force and effect as though such Schedules and Exhibits were produced upon execution of this Agreement.
