Production Profile Sample Clauses
Production Profile. Beginning in the Year in which the commencement of Regular Commercial Production is expected, the Contractor shall include in its Work Programs a production forecast for each Well and for each reservoir. The Work Programs shall contemplate the production of Hydrocarbons at the optimal rate, in accordance with Industry Best Practices.
Production Profile. Shipper’s effective Firm Capacity MDQ during the term of this Agreement shall be that set forth on Exhibit D.
