Production Records. The Company shall maintain at the said offices complete and accurate technical records of its operations and production in the Lease Area in such form as may from time to time be approved by the Chief Inspector of Mines.

Nabi agrees to maintain records in accordance with the applicable FDA rules and regulations relative to the materials used in the Product and processing thereof in accordance FDA regulatory requirements. Upon Inhibitex's request with a ten (10) business day notice and at Inhibitex's expense, Nabi shall permit Inhibitex and/or an independent auditor selected by Inhibitex to have access to such records from time to time during ordinary business hours to verify compliance by Nabi with such rules and regulations. Nabi shall notify Inhibitex of any intention to dispose of such records and Inhibitex may thereafter remove such records at it own expense.
Production Records. (SFA – MUST check one) Vendor will provide daily production records. Vendor will complete all applicable sections. The SFA will be responsible for completing sections pertaining to HACCP and meal service on site. The SFA will complete daily production records. Vendor must provide all of the information required for the SFA to complete the records.
Production Records. LGLS shall maintain records related to its manufacture and handling of Final Product in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and conditions of its licensure (including applicable rules of the FDA and EMEA and any other applicable regulatory requirements for record retention), for the longer of: (i) [***] years after the date of manufacture of each batch of API, and (ii) the period required by applicable law. LGLS shall notify GS of any intent to destroy or dispose of records related to the manufacture or handling of API and allow GS an opportunity to secure said records for additional storage periods in accordance with the written procedures of GS or its designee. Upon GS’s request with no fewer than five days’ prior notice, and at GS’s sole expense, LGLS shall send to GS copies of the relevant documents or permit GS or an independent auditor selected by GS to have access to such records from time to time during ordinary business hours to verify compliance by LGLS with such rules and regulations. The provisions set forth in this section shall survive termination of the Agreement for a period of 10 years.
