Common use of Production Report and Lease Operating Statements Clause in Contracts

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with each delivery of a certificate pursuant to Section 8.12(c), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then current fiscal year to the date of such Reserve Report (to the extent production, sales, tax and expense data is then available), the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month, and setting forth the operator of record for the Oil and Gas Properties.

Concurrently with each the delivery of a certificate any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.12(a), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then then-current fiscal year to the date of such Reserve Report (to the extent production, sales, tax and expense data is then available)date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas PropertiesProperties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month, and setting forth the operator of record for the Oil and Gas Properties.

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with each any delivery of a certificate pursuant to financial statements under Section 8.12(c8.01(a) or Section 8.01(b), a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then current fiscal year to date through and including the date last day of such Reserve Report (to the extent production, sales, tax and expense data is then available)fiscal quarter for which financial statements are being delivered, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month, and setting forth the operator of record for the Oil and Gas Properties.
