Common use of Production Targets Clause in Contracts

Production Targets. As of the end of the Investment Period, the Recipient shall have used its CMF Award for Affordable Housing Activities resulting in Affordable Housing, financed and/or supported with a CMF Award, that is set aside to be leased or owned, as applicable, by Eligible-Income Families in a number of units that is no less than the number set forth in Schedule 1 of this Assistance Agreement.
