Products and Services Ordered. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Foundation will provide this Master Agreement to any and all California Community Colleges, public agencies, public and private school districts, or public and private colleges or universities in California (collectively, “Participating Public or Private Agencies”) for the services and or products identified in Exhibit A, provided the value of the agreed upon products and services are below the threshold of any applicable federal, state, or local mandatory bid requirements.
