Common use of Professional Credentialing and Licensure Clause in Contracts

Professional Credentialing and Licensure. The Contractor must be accredited, certified, licensed, or registered according to Washington State laws and regulations. a. During the term of this Contract, the Contractor shall not have, and shall remain without, restrictions or sanctions placed on accreditation, certification, license or registration. Within three (3) business days of Contractor’s receipt of any information related to disciplinary action against Contractor’s accreditation, certification, license, or registration, Contractor shall notify the DSHS Contact listed on page one of this Contract of such disciplinary action.
