Professional Development – Non-Teaching Faculty Members. 17.02.1 Regular and Probationary Non-Teaching Faculty shall have up to twenty working days per year for professional development activities, which are considered to be of mutual benefit to both the Faculty Member and the Institute, and are in keeping with the objectives and responsibilities outlined in Article 12.04. These include, but are not limited to attendance at workshops, courses, conferences, or development of special projects. Professional development is not restricted to off campus activities.
