Professional Engineer (Non. Key Personnel). The Professional Engineer (PE) represents the Contractor and performs professional evaluations; seals, stamps, and certifies structural integrity, safety, and work procedures for the Contractor. The PE represents the Contractor and provides required Seals and Stamps for Work Plan, demolition plans, Engineering Surveys, and other design or construction documents required during performance of the PWS. The PE may be registered in any State or Trust Territory of the United States, but must meet requirements to work as a PE in the State in which the work will be performed.
