Common use of Professional Eye Care Services Clause in Contracts

Professional Eye Care Services. The term "Professional Eye Care -------------------------------- Services" shall mean professional health care items and services, including, but not limited to, the practice of optometry and ophthalmology, and all related professional health care services provided by the Practice through Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and other professional health care providers that are retained by or professionally affiliated with the Practice; provided, however, in no event shall Professional Eye Care Services include the direct or indirect selling of eye glass frames, sun glasses, eyeglass lenses or prisms, contact lenses or contact lens supplies.
