Common use of Professional Eye Care Services Clause in Contracts

Professional Eye Care Services. The term "Professional Eye Care Services" shall mean professional health care items and services, including, but not limited to, the practice of optometry, and all related professional health care services provided by the Practice through Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and other professional health care providers that are retained by or professionally affiliated with the Practice. The term shall exclude any and all business whatsoever in connection with any optical businesses owned or operated, or to be owned or operated in the future, in whole or in part, by the Practice or any of its Professionals during the terms of this Professional Business Management Agreement, except as otherwise required by applicable state law.
