Common use of Professional Investors Clause in Contracts

Professional Investors. Each of the Controlling Shareholders and the Company has read and understood the Professional Investor Treatment Notice set forth in Schedule 5 of this Agreement and acknowledges and agrees to the representations, waivers and consents contained in such notice, in which the expressions “you” or “your” shall mean each of the Company and the Controlling Shareholders, and “we” or “us” or “our” shall mean the Joint Representatives (on behalf of the Underwriters).
