Common use of Professional Liability Insurance (Errors and Omissions) Clause in Contracts

Professional Liability Insurance (Errors and Omissions). Subcontractor shall provide Professional Liability Insurance (Errors and Omissions) to cover liability resulting from any error or omission in the performance of professional services under this Subcontract.
