Common use of Professional Malpractice Insurance Clause in Contracts

Professional Malpractice Insurance. The College shall arrange for each clinical placement student to obtain and maintain adequate amounts of professional malpractice insurance, the nature of which will be reasonably provided to the Clinical Site, covering all of the student activities in the Program regardless of where performed or omitted, but specifically covering the student activities at the Clinical Site.

Professional Malpractice Insurance. The College shall arrange for each clinical instructional experience placement student to obtain and maintain adequate amounts of professional malpractice insurance, the nature of which will be reasonably provided to the Clinical Site, covering all of the student activities in the Program regardless of where performed or omitted, but specifically covering the student activities at the Clinical l Site.
