Professional Membership, Registration and License Fees. The Employer shall fully reimburse an employee for payment by the employee of membership, registration or license fees to an organization or governing body which establishes standards for or otherwise regulates the employee's profession or type of work performed by the employee. No such membership, registration or licensing shall be established by the Employer as a condition of employment or as a job requirement, except in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, in which case the Employer shall pay all costs for the acquisition and maintenance of any such membership, registration or license fees for eligible employees.
