Professional Memberships. Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

Professional Memberships. The College shall, on proof of payment of dues, reimburse each Employee for the reasonable cost of annual dues to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200) per person for membership by that Employee in one (1) professional organization related to the subject matter area in which the Employee is responsible for instruction, or library science, if the Employee submitted a request in advance for approval, identifying the organization and the amount of dues, and the College approved it.

Professional Memberships. 13.1 The City shall pay for each Association member who is an “active” attorney and who is in a classification requiring membership in good standing with the California State Bar the dues for membership in the California State Bar Association and one (1) section. 13.2 The City shall pay the membership dues for the Santa Xxxxx County Bar Association for each Association member who is an “active” attorney and who is in a classification requiring membership in good standing with the California State Bar, and subject to the availability of funds in the budget of the Office of the City Attorney as determined by the City Attorney. 13.3 For each Association member who is not covered by Sections 13.1 and 13.2 above, for any membership other than those covered by Sections 13.1 and 13.2 above, he/she is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one (1) additional job-related professional association. Employees represented by the Association who are “active” attorneys and who are in a classification requiring membership in good standing with the California State Bar are not eligible for reimbursement under this section. 13.4 Temporary employees are not eligible for this benefit.
Professional Memberships. 8.1 In accordance with and subject to Company policy, and upon prior approval, the Company shall pay for up to two memberships with recognised professional bodies where membership of such professional body is directly related to and required in relation to the Executive’s job from time to time or the Executive’s normal professional skill. 8.2 Where required, whether by the Company, law, any regulatory organisation or otherwise, the Executive should at all times during the Executive’s employment with the Company maintain the Executive’s membership of such professional, trade or other bodies necessary for the proper performance of the Executive’s duties.
