Common use of Professional Rejection Of Work Clause in Contracts

Professional Rejection Of Work. The Design Professional may disapprove or reject Work which does not comply with (i) this Agreement including approved shop drawings and other submittals; or (ii) applicable laws, statutes, building codes, rules or regulations of any governmental, public and quasi-public authorities and agencies having or asserting jurisdiction over the Project.
