Common use of Professional Relationship to Construction Manager Clause in Contracts

Professional Relationship to Construction Manager. The duties, obligations and responsibilities of the Construction Manager under this Agreement will not be changed, abridged, altered, discharged, released, or satisfied by any duty, obligation or responsibility of any Professional. The Construction Manager must not be a third-party beneficiary of any agreement by and between the County and any Professional. The duties of the Construction Manager to the County will be independent of, and will not be diminished by, any duties or obligations of the Professional to the County.
