PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ADDENDUM. This Professional Services Addendum (“Addendum”) is an exhibit to, and addends, the License Agreement (“Agreement”), dated August 9, 2022 by and between TeamDynamix Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“TeamDynamix”), and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, a county (“Client”).
