PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND CABLING SERVICES. 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or stated in a Quote, GDS will invoice the CUSTOMER for services rendered upon completion of the job. Where job completion extends beyond a calendar month, CUSTOMER will be progressively billed for services completed through month-end and CUSTOMER will pay, monthly in arrears for all services provided by GDS, including all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes as required by law.
