Professional Services Delivery. On demand, Professional Service requests can be made by emailing the Services team at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ providing details of each request and any required materials to perform the Service. Receipt of request are typically confirmed within 2 business days of receipt, and depending on the Service request and Service queue, the Service team will promptly provide a confirmation of work scope along with an estimate of cost and time to complete. Special requests for expedited scheduling or turnarounds can be made at time of request, which Mercatus will make best efforts to deliver against.
Professional Services Delivery. All Professional Services will be performed in accordance with the performance schedule included in an Ordering Document. Delivery of hours purchased as Retainer Services is at the onset of the applicable retainer period. Hours purchased as Retainer Services expire and are forfeited if not used within the Retainer period, subject to terms of use, expiration and extension, if any, as set out in the applicable Ordering Document. Professional Services described in an Ordering Document will be deemed complete upon Motorola’s performance of such Services or, if applicable, upon exhaustion or expiration of the Retainer Services hours, whichever occurs first.
