Common use of Professional Services Delivery Clause in Contracts

Professional Services Delivery. On demand, Professional Service requests can be made by emailing the Services team at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx providing details of each request and any required materials to perform the Service. Receipt of request are typically confirmed within 2 business days of receipt, and depending on the Service request and Service queue, the Service team will promptly provide a confirmation of work scope along with an estimate of cost and time to complete. Special requests for expedited scheduling or turnarounds can be made at time of request, which Mercatus will make best efforts to deliver against.
