Professional Services, excluding training. If, after the Scheduled Date has been agreed upon by the Parties, Customer requests to reschedule the Professional Services (excluding training), such written rescheduling request shall be provided to DI at least twenty (20) business days prior to the Scheduled Date.

If the Professional Services are rescheduled Customer is responsible for any fees and expenses, already incurred by DI prior to the rescheduling, associated with the Professional Services, including transportation change fees and any reasonable and appropriate corresponding increase in Professional Services Fees due to the Rescheduling.
