Contractor represents that it has the experience and skills necessary to determine, and Contractor represents that Contractor can perform the Work for the Separated Contract Price and in accordance with the Project Schedule.

Contractor represents that it has the experience and skills necessary to determine, and Contractor represents that Contractor can perform the Work for the Separated Contract Price and in accordance with the Project Schedule.Good Engineering Practices;
