Common use of Professional Supplies and Services Clause in Contracts

Oakland will provide the professional supplies and equipment, including laboratory facilities, computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, support services and training at levels adequate for performance of professional responsibilities required of faculty members by this Agreement.
