PROFESSIONALISM IN THE WORKPLACE. All employees, including peers and supervisors, are expected to interact in a professional manner and with respect in the workplace. Unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated. Actions of individuals directed towards an employee which are intended to intimidate and create a risk to the health and safety of the employee may be cause for disciplinary action. Examples of unprofessional conduct may include swearing, shouting, criticizing or humiliating another individual for underperformance in front of peers or coworkers, etc.
