Common use of Profit Incentive Bonus Clause in Contracts

Profit Incentive Bonus. Employee shall be entitled to receive a profit incentive bonus equal to three (3%) percent of Employer’s net pre-tax profit from operations. In the event that such number shall be a negative number then Employee shall not be entitled to any profit incentive bonus for such fiscal year;

Profit Incentive Bonus. Employee shall be entitled to receive a profit incentive bonus equal to three one (31%) percent of Employer’s net pre-tax profit from operations. In the event that such number shall be a negative number then Employee shall not be entitled to any profit incentive bonus for such fiscal year;

Profit Incentive Bonus. Employee shall be entitled to receive a profit incentive bonus equal to three five (35%) percent of Employer’s net pre-tax profit from operations. In the event that such number shall be a negative number then Employee shall not be entitled to any profit incentive bonus for such fiscal year;
