Common use of Program Administration Fee Clause in Contracts

Program Administration Fee. A fee equal to 2.6% of the project finance amount (not to exceed $75,000 per project) shall be included in each project to be paid by the Property Owner. Such fee shall be disbursed by the QCP to the PA at the time of project finance closing.
