Administration Allowances. In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule:
Administration Allowances. 4.2.1 In addition to the foregoing salary, a teacher so assigned shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule.
4.2.2 Student count for the purposes of calculating administrative allowances shall be that count as of September 30th with the adjustment date of January 1st of the next succeeding calendar year. No student shall be counted more than once for the purpose of calculating administrative allowances.

b) Student counts for principals of outreach schools and home education shall be based on the average of the September 30 and March 1 student counts.

Administration Allowances a. The pupil count for purposes of this section shall be taken as at September 30th.
Administration Allowances. 4.1.1. The additional allowances are to be adjusted on the same dates and by the same percentage increases as are applied to the salary grid. In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule.
Administration Allowances. 4.1 The person designated as principal will be paid the following flat annual allowance: Effective September 1, 2016 $25,000
4.2 The person(s) designated as vice principal shall be paid 50 per cent of the principal’s annual allowance.
4.3 In the absence of the principal and vice principal(s), where a teacher is assigned to act in the place of the principal the teacher shall be paid 1/400 of the principal allowance described in article 4.2 for each half day so assigned in addition to the regular salary earned by the teacher.
4.4 The Board may create or designate for teachers, new positions not referred to or covered in this agreement. Salaries and/or additional allowances shall be arrived at through the following procedure:
4.4.1 The Board shall set the salary and/or additional allowances and provide the Association with the same in writing before filling the position.
4.4.2 Where the Association registers no written objection to the information described in article 10.1 a) within 15 days, the salary and/or additional allowances shall stand.
4.4.3 Where the Association registers a written objection to the information described in article 10.1 a), the Board and the Association will negotiate the salary and/or additional allowances.

The student count for a school year is that reported to the Department of Learning for September 30 of that school year. A kindergarten student is to be counted as 0.5 of a student.
4.1.2 Each vice-principal shall receive 50 percent of the principal's allowance.
4.1.3 Notwithstanding Article 4.1.2, no vice principal shall receive an annual allowance per annum of less than $8,558
