Program and Fiscal Reporting Requirements. 1. The Contractor shall submit required periodic reports in accordance with the applicable schedule provided in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule). All required reports or other work products developed pursuant to the Master Contract must be completed as provided by the agreed upon work schedule in a manner satisfactory and acceptable to the State Agency in order for the Contractor to be eligible for payment.
2. Consistent with the selected reporting options in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule), the Contractor shall comply with the following applicable provisions:
a) If the Expenditure Based Reports option is indicated in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule), the Contractor shall provide the State Agency with one or more of the following reports as required by the following provisions and Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule) as applicable:
