The Contractor shall submit required periodic reports in accordance with the applicable schedule provided in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule). All required reports or other work products developed pursuant to the Master Contract must be completed as provided by the agreed upon work schedule in a manner satisfactory and acceptable to the State Agency in order for the Contractor to be eligible for payment.
