PROGRAM COMMODITY - Frequency and Method of COMMODITY Offerings. When available, PDA will offer COMMODITY to the AGENCY, with no fixed schedule guaranteed. An offer will be directed to the AGENCY by e-mail, telephone call, or other electronic means, and will specify the time within which the AGENCY must respond to the offer. This offer of COMMODITY is described as a “notice of offer” throughout this AGREEMENT.
