The Americans with Disabilities Act. The Contractor shall comply, and shall require its subcontractors to comply, with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (ADA), and its implementing regulations, and Washington State’s anti-discrimination law as contained in RCW Chapter 49.60 and its implementing regulations, with regard to the work and services provided pursuant to this Contract. The ADA provides comprehensive civil rights to individuals with disabilities in the area of employment, public accommodations, public transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. During the term of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:
a. Pursuant to federal regulations promulgated under the authority of The Americans With Disabilities Act, 28 C.F.R.§ 35.101, et seq., the Contractor understands and agrees that no individual with a disability shall, on the basis of the disability, be excluded from participation in this Contract or from activities provided for under this Contract. As a condition of accepting and executing this Contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with the General Prohibitions Against Discrimination, 28 C.F.R. § 35.130, and all other regulations promulgated under Title II of The Americans With Disabilities Act which are applicable to the benefits, services, programs, and activities provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through Contracts with outside Contractors.
b. The Contractor shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from losses, damages, expenses claims, demands, suits, and actions brought by any party against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a result of the Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions of Subsection a. above.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. The Americans with Disabilities Act, also referred to as the ADA (42 U.S.C. §12131; 47 U.S.C. §§155, 201, 218 and 225), provides comprehensive civil rights to individuals with disabilities in the areas of employment, public accommodations, State and local government services, and telecommunications. It further provides that discrimination includes a failure to design and construct facilities for first occupancy no later than January 25, 1993 that are readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities. Further, the ADA requires the removal of architectural barriers and communication barriers that are structural in nature in existing facilities, where such removal is readily achievable--that is, easily accomplishable and able to be carried out without much difficulty or expense.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. Please be advised that an owner or tenant of real property may be subject to the Americans With Disabilities Act (the ADA). The Act requires owners and tenants of "public accommodations" to remove barriers to access by disabled persons and provide auxiliary aids and services for hearing, vision or speech impaired persons. You are advised to consult your attorney with respect to the application of this Act to the Property. Cornish & Xxxxx Commercial cannot give you legal advice on this Act or its requirements.

With regard to the services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor agrees to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 -diescrtiminastioen q. law as contained in RCW Chapter 49.60 and its implementing regulations. The ADA provides comprehensive civil rights to individuals with disabilities in the area of employment, public accommodations, state and local government services, and telecommunications.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. The COUNTY agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and any relevant federal and state laws, rules and regulations regarding employment practices toward individuals with disabilities and the availability/accessibility of programs, activities, or services for clients with disabilities.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. The Company, not the Union or its officers or agents, has responsibility to provide employment under the terms of The Americans With Disabilities Act. ARTICLE 12
The Americans with Disabilities Act. This Act (28 CFR Part 35, Title II, Subtitle A) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all services, programs, and activities provided to the public by State and local governments, except public transportation services.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. Applicable to all Contracts greater than $3,000. The Contractor agrees to comply with, and assure that any subcontractor complies with all applicable requirements of 42 USC 12101 et seq.
The Americans with Disabilities Act. Partnership has not received any written notice from a third party that the Real Property does not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. (the “ADA”) or any other applicable Laws governing the use of the Real Property by persons with disabilities.
